RSA 457:23 · Requirements

457:23 Requirements. –

I.

No marriage license shall be issued by any town or city clerk until the applicants have each provided for inspection the following documents:

Proof of age;

(b)

A certified copy of the final divorce decree, if either or both parties are divorced; and
