RSA 461-B:2 · Jurisdiction

461-B:2 Jurisdiction. –

I.

The court shall have exclusive original jurisdiction over all proceedings determining whether a minor should be emancipated in whole or in part.

II.

The court may retain jurisdiction over the emancipated minor prior to the minor's eighteenth birthday.

III.
