477:23 Purpose. – For the purpose of avoiding the unnecessary use of words in deeds of real estate, or interests therein, the statutory forms provided in this subdivision are authorized. Nothing in this subdivision shall be understood as preventing the use of other forms appropriate for the conveyance of real estate or any interest therein. Source. 1951, 178:1, eff. Aug. 1, 1951.
