477:7-a Notice of Lease. –

I.

Notwithstanding the provisions of RSA 477:7, a notice of lease consisting of an instrument in writing executed and acknowledged by all persons who are parties to the lease, and containing the following information with reference to such lease shall be sufficient compliance with the provisions of this chapter:

The names and addresses of each party to the lease;

The date of execution of the lease;

(c)

A description of the demised premises as it appears in the lease;

(d)

The term of such lease; and

(e)

The date of commencement of such term and all rights of extension or renewal.

II.
