RSA 483:7 · Legislative Designation
483:7 Legislative Designation. –
Copy linkAny nomination approved by the commissioner shall require review and approval by the general court prior to inclusion in the program. Such action shall be filed as a bill in the next legislative session following the nomination.
Copy linkAny nomination which is forwarded to the general court for review and approval shall include:
Copy linkA report which specifies the values and characteristics which qualify the river or segment for designation; and
