484:10 Vacancies. – If a vacancy occurs in the commission, the governor shall, with the advice and consent of the council, appoint a member to serve only for the unexpired term. Any member of the commission shall be eligible for reappointment. Source. 1989, 339:1, eff. Jan. 1, 1990.
