RSA 485-C:6-a · Groundwater Management Zones

485-C:6-a Groundwater Management Zones. – The department may designate groundwater management zones as a component of the remediation of contaminated groundwater. The department shall issue permits or other similar controls for such zones that establish a time period and process for the remediation of the groundwater. Source. 1996, 266:13, eff. Aug. 9, 1996.
