487:20 Eligibility. –
To be eligible for funding under this subdivision, a body of water shall be any freshwater lake or pond which meets priorities established under RSA 487:18. Lakefront associations, private businesses, citizens and local government agencies shall be eligible to apply for funding under this subdivision.
