RSA 490:5-d · Rating; Accreditation

490:5-d Rating; Accreditation. – The commission shall rate each court inspected as herein provided as "accredited-excellent", "accredited-satisfactory", "not accredited" or give each court a rating established by the commission which substantially reflects these rating categories, in accordance with the criteria set forth in RSA 490:5-c.
