RSA 5:43 · Qualifications
5:43 Qualifications. – A majority of the appointed members of the board shall be persons of recognized professional qualifications and experienced in the administration of historical records or in a field of research which makes extensive use of such records. The composition of the board shall be as broadly representative as possible of the public and private archival and research institutions and organizations of the state. Source. 1987, 353:1, eff.
