RSA 545-A:9 · Extinguishment of Claim for Relief
545-A:9 Extinguishment of Claim for Relief. – A claim for relief with respect to a fraudulent transfer or obligation under this chapter is extinguished unless action is brought:
Copy linkUnder RSA 545-A:4, I(a), within 4 years after the transfer was made or the obligation was incurred or, if later, within one year after the transfer or obligation was or could reasonably have been discovered by the claimant;
Copy linkUnder RSA 545-A:4, I(b) or RSA 545-A:5, I, within 4 years after the transfer was made or the obligation was incurred; or
