564-B:1-107 Governing Law. –
Copy linkthe law of the jurisdiction designated in the terms of the trust unless the designation of that jurisdiction's law is contrary to a strong public policy of the jurisdiction having the most significant relationship to the matter at issue; or
Copy linkin the absence of a controlling designation in the terms of the trust, the law of the jurisdiction having the most significant relationship to the matter at issue.
Copy linkWithout precluding other circumstances under which this state has the most significant relationship to a matter affecting a trust, this state has the most significant relationship to a matter involving a trust's validity, construction, or administration if:

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened: 1 New Article; Article 13 Community Property Trusts. Amend RSA 564-B by inserting after article 12 the following new article: Article 13 Community Property Trusts 564-B:13-1301 Short Title. This article shall be known as the "New Hampshire Community Property Trust Act of 2026."
