564-B:2-202 Jurisdiction Over Trustee and Beneficiary. –
Copy linkBy accepting the trusteeship of a trust having its principal place of administration in this state or by moving the principal place of administration to this state, the trustee submits personally to the jurisdiction of the courts of this state regarding any matter involving the trust.
Copy linkWith respect to their interests in the trust, the beneficiaries of a trust having its principal place of administration in this state are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of this state regarding any matter involving the trust. By accepting a distribution from such a trust, the recipient submits personally to the jurisdiction of the courts of this state regarding any matter involving the trust.

Amend RSA 564-B by inserting after article 12 the following new article: Article 13 Community Property Trusts 564-B:13-1301 Short Title. This article shall be known as the "New Hampshire Community Property Trust Act of 2026."
