564-B:3-301 Representation; Basic Effect. –
Copy linkNotice to a person who may represent and bind another person under this article has the same effect as if notice were given directly to the other person.
Copy linkThe consent of a person who may represent and bind another person under this article is binding on the person represented unless the person represented objects to the representation before the consent would otherwise have become effective.
Copy linkExcept as otherwise provided in RSA 564-B:6-602, a person who under this article may represent a settlor who lacks capacity may receive notice and give a binding consent on the settlor's behalf.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened: 1 New Article; Article 13 Community Property Trusts. Amend RSA 564-B by inserting after article 12 the following new article: Article 13 Community Property Trusts 564-B:13-1301 Short Title. This article shall be known as the "New Hampshire Community Property Trust Act of 2026."
