564-B:3-305 Appointment of Representative. –
Copy linkIf the court determines that an interest is not represented under this article, or that the otherwise available representation might be inadequate, the court may appoint a representative to receive notice, give consent, and otherwise represent, bind, and act on behalf of a minor, incapacitated, or unborn individual, or a person whose identity or location is unknown. A representative may be appointed to represent several persons or interests.
Copy linkA representative may act on behalf of the individual represented with respect to any matter arising under this chapter, whether or not a judicial proceeding concerning the trust is pending.

housand Twenty Five AN ACT establishing community property trusts. Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened: 1 New Article; Article 13 Community Property Trusts. Amend RSA 564-B by inserting after article 12 the following new article: Article 13 Community Property Trusts 564-B:13-1301 Short Title. This article shall be known as the "New Hampshire Community Property Trust Act of 2026."
