564-F:21-2104 Restated Certificate of Registration. –

(a)

A foreign foundation may restate its certificate of formation by filing with the secretary of state a restated certificate of registration.

The restated certificate of registration shall set forth:

The foundation's name; and

The restatement of the certificate of registration.
