630:4 Causing or Aiding Suicide. –

A person is guilty of causing or aiding suicide if he purposely aids or solicits another to commit suicide.

Causing or aiding suicide is a class B felony if the actor's conduct causes such suicide or an attempted suicide. Otherwise it is a misdemeanor. Source. 1971, 518:1, eff. Nov. 1, 1973.
