RSA 650:4 · Justifiable and Non-Commercial Private Dissemination
650:4 Justifiable and Non-Commercial Private Dissemination. – It is an affirmative defense to prosecution under this chapter that dissemination was restricted to:
Copy linkInstitutions or persons having scientific, educational, governmental or other similar justification for possessing obscene material; or
