651-A:9 Psycho-Sexual Murder Certified. – Whenever any person is convicted of murder, committed prior to April 15, 1974, the presiding justice shall certify, at the time of sentencing, whether or not such murder was psycho-sexual in nature. Source. 1983, 461:16, eff. July 1, 1983.
