RSA 658:19 · Moderator Pro Tem

658:19 Moderator Pro Tem. – If the moderator is absent from any state election or is unable to perform his duties, a moderator pro tempore shall be appointed by the moderator. Source. 1979, 436:1, eff. July 1, 1979.
