RSA 658:20 · Clerk Pro Tem
658:20 Clerk Pro Tem. – If a town or ward clerk is absent from any state election or is unable to perform his duties and there is no deputy clerk as provided in RSA 41:18, a town or ward clerk pro tempore shall be appointed by the town clerk. Source. 1979, 436:1. 1990, 119:15, eff. June 18, 1990.
