RSA 669:37 · Nomination by Caucus

669:37 Nomination by Caucus. –
In a town which has adopted the partisan ballot system under RSA 669:12, nominations may be made by any caucus of legal voters representing a political party which at the state election next preceding polled at least 3 percent of the entire vote cast in the state for the office of governor.
