671:11 Moderator. –
Except as provided under RSA 671:11-a, at every school district election, a cooperative school district shall elect a moderator and such other officers as the voters of the district have voted to elect to manage the district's affairs. Any optional officers shall be chosen as provided in RSA 671:6.
