91:4 Undated Resignations Prohibited. – The term of office of any appointed state official who delivers an undated resignation of his position to the appointing official for the position shall cease immediately upon such delivery. Any appointing official who accepts an undated resignation from a state official appointed by him shall, notwithstanding RSA title LXII, be subject to a fine of $1,000. Source. 1975, 77:4, eff.
