Pursuant to RSA 21-1:54, authorize the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (Department) to continue one full-
time temporary 43-6010 ADMIN ASSTS-4, Position #8T3193, SOC 43, Pay Band 4, effective upon Governor and Council
approval for the period March 6, 2026, through March 6, 2027.100% Other Funds.
Funding is available in account. Park Operations, as follows:

This position is essential for the effective and efficient operations of our State Parks. This position directly supports our
Special Use Permit Program and is the primary contact for applicants and permittees. They also draft contractual
documents, monitor compliance, and conduct review prior to issuance and approval of such permits. Additionally they
are responsible for any data entry and reporting required of such Park programs. For this reason, we seek to continue
employment of the position.
