ASSENTED TO MOTION TO CONTINUE DISPOSITIONAL CONFERENCE
NOW COMES, the accused, Bradley J. Cook, by and through counsel, Anthony J. Naro, Esq., and respectfully asks this Honorable Court to continue the January 14, 2025, Dispositional Conference.
In support thereof the following is stated:
1. Mr. Cook stands accused of one felony count perjury and two misdemeanor counts of false swearing.
2. A Dispositional Conference has been scheduled for January 14, 2025 at 8:30 A.M.
3. Undersigned counsel is previously scheduled to appear in Hillsborough Superior Court- South on the same date and time and will be unable to appear for this hearing.
4. Mr. Cook respectully asks this Court to briefly continue the January 14, 2025 dispoisitonal conference.
5. The State, by and through counsel, Dan Jiminez, Esq., assents to the relief requested in this motion. The State asks this Court to note that they are currently scheduled to be in trial January 16- 27.
6. A list of undersigned counsel’s current unavailable dates is attached hereto for scheduling purposes.
WHEREFORE, Bradley J. Cook, respectuflly asks that the January 14, 2025 dispoisitonal conference be continued.
