DecisionWhore a bill in equity to remove a cloud from title is dismissed because an-execution sale under which the plaintiff claims is void, a finding of fact-that a conveyance of the promises to the defendant was fraudulent is not an adjudication which estops the parties from litigating the nature and validity of the transaction in a new and independent action.
