NOW COMES the defendant, Adam Montgomery, by and through counsel, Caroline L. Smith, Esq, and respectfully requests this Honorable Coun extend the deadline for motions to suppress to August l0, 2022. In support of this request, the following is stated:
l. The defendant has filed two Motions to Suppress by the August l, 2022 deadline. An additional motion to suppress Was contemplated, however, defense counsel was not able to locate certain pertinent information in discovery necessary to determine if a motion was appropriate.
The State has agreed to determine if the documents exist.
2. The State has agreed to a ten day extension of the deadline in order to locate the necessary information and prepare the motion, if appropriate.
