STATE’S ASSENTED MOTION TO CONTINUE STATUS HEARING

NOW COMES the State of New Hampshire, by and through its attorneys, the Office of the Attorney General, and respectfully moves the Court to continue the status hearing scheduled for today, October 13, 2023. Undersigned counsel is still in trial in the matter of State v. Dillon Sleeper, Docket No. Docket No. 217-2022-CR- 00740 in Merrimack County Superior Court. Undersigned counsel is currently the only attorney assigned to this matter for the State. The State asks that the hearing be postponed to anytime next week beginning on October 19, 2023, or thereafter.

Counsel is out of state and unavailable between November 3rd and November 13th.

Counsel for the defendant, Mark Sisti and Amy Ashworth, Esqs., assent to this brief continuance.

WHEREFORE, for the reason stated, the State respectfully requests that this Honorable Court:

A. Grant the State’s motion; and

B. Order such other and further relief as may be just.
