CASE STRUCTURING ORDER
The Court granted the defendant ’s motion to continue on July 12, 2021. (Court Index No. 125). As stated in that order, the Court needs to issue an amen ded schedule in this case. As such, all pretrial motions shall be filed by No vember 1, 2021. A suppression deadline is set for September 15, 2021.
The TMC is scheduled for January 7, 2022, with jury selection on January 24, 2022. The trial is scheduled to begin on January 25, 2022 and end on February 4, 2022. Motions in Limine shall be filed by December 15, 2021. All pretrial disclosures shall be made in compliance with Rule 12(b) of the New Hampshire Rules of Criminal Procedure. Exchanges of information concerning trial witnesses, including expert witnesses, shall comply with Rule 12(b)(4). Additionally, all required notices shall comply with Rule 14. Pretrial motions shall be filed in compliance with this order and Rule 15. Finally, all trial procedures in this case will be implemented in accordance with Rules 18-28.
Any modifications to this schedule shall be approved by the Court. Extensions will only be allowed for good cause shown and as justice may require.
