275:49-a Posting Relative to Veterans' Benefits and Services. –

I.

The labor commissioner, in consultation with the department of business and economic affairs and the office of workforce opportunity, shall create and distribute to employers a veterans' benefits and services notice or poster. Employers shall display the notice or poster in a location accessible to all employees.

The veterans' benefits and services notice or poster shall include information regarding the services and resources available to veterans, including:

Contact and website information for the New Hampshire department of military affairs and veterans services;

Information about substance abuse and mental health treatment resources;

Educational, workforce, and training resources;

(d)

Resources for tax benefit information;

Information about obtaining a veteran's indicator on a state driver's license or nondriver's picture identification card;

Information about eligibility for unemployment insurance benefits under state or federal law;
