RSA 275:52 · Penalties

275:52 Penalties. – Any employer who wilfully violates any provision of RSA 275:43 or 44, or who wilfully fails to comply with any other requirement of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Source. 1963, 237:4. 1973, 528:168, eff. Oct. 31, 1973 at 11:59 p.m.
