THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
SUPREME COURT
In Case No. 2011-0776, Town of Carroll v. William Rines, the court on December 7, 2012, issued the following order:
The Town’s motion for reconsideration is granted to the extent that the November 9, 2012 opinion is withdrawn. A new opinion will be issued in due course, in which Justice Bassett will participate. Justice Bassett will read the briefs and listen to the recording of the June 13, 2012 oral argument. No further argument is anticipated.
The case is deemed resubmitted to the court for decision.
