PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the civil action being filed by John Doe #554 in Rockingham Superior Court is related to Case No. 217-2020-CV-00026 (the “Meehan Case”) pending in this Court, within the meaning of this Court’s Order Designating 2020- CV-26 As the Lead Case for Filing Purposes (Index #36). The civil action being filed by John Doe #554 concerns substantially the “same types of claims against the same State parties” which are the subject of the Meehan Case. Id. ¶ 5. John Doe #554 seeks damages and injunctive relief against defendants who are also named as State Defendants in the Meehan Case, based on the same factual allegations and legal claims which are the subject of the Meehan Case.
